Quick biscuits
Reg whipped up these Palmiers with pastry left over from his delicious Lamb pasties.
ingredients
puff pastry offcuts ground cinnamon caster sugar
method Cut pastry into thin strips approximately 3cm wide, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar along the strip.
Roll pastry from each end to meet in the middle.
Lay on a greased baking tray and put into a preheated 180°C oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown .
