Cranberry sauce
Serve this sauce as a part of a Traditonal Christmas lunch.
ingredients
2 x 275g whole cranberry sauce
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange, rind peeled and juice
175ml port
method
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Take off the heat and keep warm until required. Just before serving, remove the cinnamon stick. Serve with the turkey.
