Geoff and Katrina Harvey have been living in this three level townhouse in Berrys Bay, Sydney, for the past six years. It is one of four in a terrace style block and was built in 1988. The home has views right across to Darling Harbour and out to Homebush Bay. It has the advantage of city amenities whilst still remaining fairly tranquil.
The ground floor level has a double garage together with a small garden and courtyard, which is almost self maintaining. Located here is the kitchen and lounge room. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are contained on the second level, whilst the third floor has a small bedroom, together with a family living area and kitchenette. The home has water views from the second and third floors.
Interesting paintings and some funny cartoon caricatures of Geoff are also to be seen throughout. Geoff is proud of his special beer fridge which can store up to 20 cases of his favourite tipple. Strangely enough, the home does not feature a piano. Geoff says this would seem like bringing your work home with you!
