| Swans fans out there wanting a makeover for the fanatics.. make your room a Swans haven. |

Young Sarah-Jane Mann is a huge Sydney Swans fan. She's been asking mum and dad to turn her bedroom into a Swans haven for some time and they've finally agreed. Tara's been invited to tackle the job, and who knows... maybe a few of the boys will pop in to lend a hand!
Before
- Scuffed, dull paint on walls and trim.
- Lack of storage space.
- Small side windows let in too much early morning light.
- Mismatched furniture not suited to a young girl's bedroom and the Sydney Swans theme.
- No storage for television.
- Desk in room not suitable size for study.
- Cold floor is winter.
During
- Walls and wood trim painted Dulux Chalk USA.
- Two feature walls undercoated with a tinted primer then painted Dulux Hot Lips.
- Beds replaced with Sleep and Study loft bed from Sleep City. This has built in storage and a large homework desk. The bed was assembled by Swan's stars Ryan Fitzgerald, Jason Saddington, Jared Crouch, Jude Bolton, Nic Fosdike.
- Existing cupboard replaced with second hand lockers. These were sandblasted to dull the surface, then undercoated with a suitable primer and spray painted with Dulux White enamel paint for a smooth finish.
- Small windows covered using roller blind kits from Spotlight. The plastic blind was removed and replaced with white fabric.
- TV wall bracket attached.
- Sydney Swans curtains hung over the french doors.
- Small bench seat built to sit at the desk. This was painted white and decorated with the Swans logo and autographs.
- Carpet rug placed on floor.
After
- Bright, colourful, freshly painted walls and trim.
- Loft bed creates extra storage and floor space. The loft bed also has a built in desk ideal for homework.
- TV neatly and conveniently positioned on the wall. The pivot base means it can be rotated to any angle.
- Roller blinds on the small windows, block out the early morning sun.
- Lockers create extra storage space and room for hanging clothes. These are also suited to the Sydney Swans theme.
- The bench seat is similar to those found in sports change rooms so it adds to the theme as well as providing seating at the desk.
- Carpet rug adds warmth to the floor.
