Measure the length of the door and then cut the rail to the same length. Next, mark out the hinge locations for both the rail and door. Screw the hinges to both the door and rail separately to make sure it's correctly positioned. Unscrew the rail leaving the hinges on the door.
Using a level, mark the appropriate height for the workbench on the wall (roughly waist height or higher). Screw the rail onto the wall.
Measure the width of the door and mark out the position for the wood blocks on the wall, measuring from the rail up. Screw the first block of wood (this should be the same width as the door) onto the wall, making sure it's fixed securely. Next, screw the second block of wood onto the first so that it swivels. This will act as a lock for the door when the bench is folded away.
On the underside of the door, mark out the leg positions 100mm in from each edge.
Attach the legs with the strap hinges on the inside of the leg (facing the wall) with screws.
Attach the door to the rail (you may need a second pair of hands) and then fold down to mark where the legs land straight on the ground.
Drill two holes, 5-7mm deep, in the concrete ground where the legs are marked out. Hammer two gal nails into the bottom of the legs, leaving about 10mm of nail exposed. Once the table is folded down, the nails in the legs should sit in the concrete holes holding the bench in place.
