An accurate measuring device is essential in any workshop. This clever instrument looks just like a normal tape measure but contains a digital readout. It measures up to 5 metres or 16ft, to an accuracy of 1mm.
It’s simple to use. Just position the tape measure at the starting point. Carry out measuring as you normally would and read off the measurement in the panel. You can also perform internal measurements by pressing a button and then the “add casing length” button. Then you just position the tape measure at the starting point, carry out the measuring as before and read off the measurement in the LCD panel. You can store and add measurements with the built-in memory function and you can measure in metres, millimetres, feet or inches. A great Christmas gift idea.
