DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE REVIVAL & THE OLD CAST IRON BATHS
1 For safety and peace of mind, the 'Revival' bath has an overflow & turn button waste. The old claw-foot baths didn't have an 'overflow' and would have just flooded the bathroom.
2 In the old days, cast-iron claw foot baths were made in various sizes. At 500mm, the 'Revival' is exceptionally deep — deeper & larger than most old baths you will see.
3 The old baths usually had one rounded backrest and one straight end. The 'Revival' is rounded at both ends. This allows a back rests for two people if bathing with a friend (two person lumbar positions).
4 The 'Revival' bath has a centre waste so that if two people are having a bath there isn't a fight over who gets to sit on the plug hole!
5 The enamel is thicker and more durable than the old days.

Total Cost
Retailing at $2195.05 for the standard model (or $2251.15 for the optional extra of gold plated fittings and pop-up waste) the Revival cast iron bath costs more than your standard bath, however with all it features — it may be the luxury that you need in your life! The Revival Cast Iron Bath comes with a 12-month guarantee.
