CLEANING GROUT: Could anyone please advise me how to clean the grout propertly inbetween ceramic floor tiles? Mine is looking pretty awful & I'm not having much success trying to clean them.

If your grout is soft you need to rake it out and replace it. Otherwise if it is sound you can get grout whitener from your hardware shop. If you get mould all the time check to see if you have a leak somewhere. For your grout problem have you tried the use of a grout rake, a small inexpensive tool available at hardware stores. It can be a bit of a slow process but the rake will strip away the top surface of the grout if you go easy or you can remove all the grout and then reapply if the first option is not removing enough of the staining for you.
